The old thinking that job is a secured one, is still driving us towards job. But in today's high demanding job environment job is not a secured one and you will be fired up if you are not performed. You have to be on your toes always and it has its own side effects on your health. If we analyze why people are afraid of taking into business and the difficulties of starting a conventional business, it will help us to understand why starting an online business in today's world is simple.
Want to start your home based online business? It's as simple as that. But you have to believe that it is simple. But people think that starting a business is a complicated one, because of their fear psychosis. If we analyze why people are afraid of taking into business and the difficulties of starting a conventional business, it will help us to understand why starting a business in today's world is simple. Taking into consideration the whole population, only 5% are doing business and the rest 95% are job goers. The 5% includes both top notched industrialists and the petty small business owners. To get it precise only 1% of this five percent is counting among the top class business people. Another 5% are living a luxurious life and 20% are leading a some what comfortable life. The rest among the 5% is finding it difficult to make both ends meet.
These statistics give us the good reason of why people prefer jobs over business. The old thinking that job is a secured one, is still driving us towards job. But in today's high demanding job environment job is not a secured one and you will be fired up if you are not performed. You have to be on your toes always and it has its own side effects on your health. To keep their employees fit and to motivate them to perform well the corporate world is conducting its won relax camp, meditation, yoga classes and simple exercises in-between the working hours, to serve their self interest. In conclusion it is clear that you cannot avoid the ill effects of conventional business by wisely choosing a job over business. From our childhood we are advised to study well and get a good job so that our life will be happier. Because of this thinking we get into the vicious circle of working for 40+ hours per week till our retirement and making us dependent on social security. After getting a job we begin to chase our dreams in illusion thinking that one day we will be financially free.
The hard fact is that you can't become rich through job and ultimately you end up with a debt serving career. The factors that make starting a conventional business more difficult We have analyzed that stress and strain, the risk factor and the fear of failure and insecurity are the main reasons for people not opting for business. The following factors of conventional business contribute to the fear psychosis. You need huge investment a good place in the commercial area expertise good products 10 to 15 hours of hard work competition government regulations and the risk factor. Apart from these our mind set as stated above plays an important role in deciding for job. Internet opportunities have changed the scenario A business revolution which took place in 1960s changed people's perception towards business. The Network Marketing concept had taken the corporate world by storm. It enabled even a common man to start his won business through a minimal investment, not over $100 in most cases.
But it took almost twenty years for people to recognize it as a viable business alternative. Through network marketing it is easy to start your own business and become financially free. But even after its great success, the skepticism prevents a majority of people from taking to network marketing. The fear psychosis also plays an important role from taking this opportunity. Every year network marketing is creating 30% of the world's millionaires. For the skeptics it will be hard to believe , but it is a fact and a fact to the core. Using internet for online marketing With the advent of internet, network marketing took a new avatar. The big corporate and the medium to small businesses added online business as one of their promotional mode. To their surprise they found it cost effective as they were able to cut down their over-heads. Affiliate marketing as an online promotion The advent of internet has created another way of online marketing known as "Affiliate marketing". If everything is set right, it is assured that you can earn even while you are sleeping. What about others who have no products of their own? Simply become an affiliate. In most cases joining an affiliate program is free. Many famous companies, doing business ethically, are offering affiliate programs. Choose the right product and right company and enroll as an affiliate. You can promote your affiliate product through your won website or without website. The choice is yours. If you put your affiliate program on an auto-pilot mode you can also earn even while you are sleeping, as your affiliate company owner.

An Easy Work From Home Business Opportunity
Since internet usage exploded in the 1990's, internet marketing has become a marketing tool that every business takes advantage of. Businesses from the largest to the smallest use internet marketing to get the word out about their products and services. This is why virtually every company conducts business online, and why internet marketing is an easy decision for a work from home business opportunity...
Since internet usage exploded in the 1990's, internet marketing has become a marketing tool that every business takes advantage of. Businesses from the largest to the smallest use internet marketing to get the word out about their products and services. The reason for this is simply because you can reach the largest amount of your customer base on an international level at an extremely low cost. Most of the offline factors in running a business, such as sales people to contact customers, are non-existent in the online world. This is why virtually every company conducts business online, and why internet marketing is an easy decision for a work from home business opportunity.
There are many different strategies for marketing on the internet. Finding the avenue that is right for you and your business and then perfecting that method with give you better results than trying to implement every marketing method that you may learn, at once. Repetition with your online marketing efforts is based on the same concept as a repeating commercial on television or radio that you see so many times you know it from memory.
Brand recognition is very important, not every customer is going to buy from you on first sight, give them cause to remember you by constantly making sure your company is visible online. Once you have their attention you must provide the quality products and services your customers demand, from a website that is easy for your customers to use and navigate. Also remember that not every customer has a broadband connection, so an elaborate site loaded with large images may take too long to view. This will drive your customers away. Instead, keep your site simple and professional to reach a wider audience.
Once the website has been properly developed, internet marketing as a home based business can provide the business owner as well as the website owner some unique challenges. To many internet home business owners, internet marketing is a brand new field of study. If you are starting from scratch and are new to this advertising medium then success comes from education, application, and dedication.
The first step is to learn what methods are working when it comes to advertising online, both free and paid. It is recommended by many that a new internet home business owner concentrate on free marketing methods that will provide the business with some exposure while at the same time giving you a free education. The key is to take your time here because as the days, weeks, and months go by you should focus on learning more and then you will see better results because of it if you are consistent. Realize that the money will mostly be made once you've become proficient and not as you learn. Being impatient here will only serve to discourage you. Choose one of these methods and keep track of the results over time.
Experiment with one method for a few months and see what results it bears on your website traffic and sales. With free internet marketing methods results take longer to achieve and are based solely on the frequency of your efforts. Free internet marketing strategies also takes the risk of getting scammed out of the equation. There are those who would feed off of the impatience of new marketers by offering a quick fix to sales and traffic where there is none. Using free methods to promote your work at home business is also great market research for when you are ready to take your website to the next level with legitimate paid internet marketing methods such as pay per click advertising or paid directory submission.
There are tons of internet entrepreneurs that make a good profit without using marketing they have to pay for such as article, they also benefit from the accomplishment of learning a new skill and knowing that they can easily duplicate their success for themselves and for others. Once you have become an experienced internet marketer you can outsource your expertise for hire to other business owners who will need exposure for their own work at home business opportunity.

Keyword Research for Your Articles
Keywords and key phrases are important for your articles when you will be putting them on your website or using them as a promotional tool, such as posting them on an article database or sending out a press release
Putting the right words together for your website to come up at least on the first page when someone searches for what you have is vital to your business. It can substantially increase your sales and website hits.
However, there are some keywords and key phrases that might be so overused that you need to find your own way of getting your website in front of search engine users. Keywords and key phrases are also important for creating back links to your website from your promotional articles.
To find out the best keywords and key phrases to use you will need to do some research, find out how many keywords you should have, and how to use keywords and key phrases.
Best Ways And URLs For Keyword Research
You can conduct keyword research for your articles, websites and topics with various software, websites, etc. Here are some great websites for free keyword research.
Free keyword research online –
1. Google Keyword Tool: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
2. Overture Keyword Selector Tool: http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/
3. Keyword Suggestion Tool: http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/suggestion/
How Many Keywords You Should Have –
It can be difficult in the beginning to figure out how many keywords or key phrases you should have. If you have too many a search engine spider (the machines that find your website pages and put them in the right place in search engines) could overlook your article or web page if there are keywords everywhere. On the other hand, if you have too little keywords or key phrases your website pages could never be found, or be left out of the first few pages of a search engine result.
How many keywords you have in an article is known as keyword density. Your keyword density should be anywhere from 3% to 7%. For example, if you were to write a 100 word article you would need to write the keyword in 7 times to achieve a 7% keyword density. For a 500-word article you would need to use your keyword 15 times to get a 5% density.
How To Use Keyword Phrases And Single Key Words –
Since keywords and key phrases are vital to getting your promotional articles to bring visitors and sales to your website you need to know how to use them. Learn all you can about how search engines work, about search engine optimization, keyword usage, and more.
Key phrases can be used in a natural way. Some who write articles have the assumption that the key phrases need to be exact, for example, beginner meditation when in fact meditation for beginners would work just the same.

ONLINE SALES CLOSE SECRETS
One of the biggest problems in any type of sale is the
close. With one-on-one salesmen, getting them to ask for the
sale is one of the hardest things to teach. In online
selling, where words are the salesman, many times you see
the same problem - the writer never asks for the order or
business! Do you make that mistake in your marketing?
There are as many ways (perhaps even more) to ask for the
sale with the written word as there are in person. But, you
Must ask for it! Here are some examples:
The Assumed Close
With direct in-person selling, this is one of the big ones.
Forget the old adage about never assuming anything, when it
comes to selling; just assume that your prospect is going to
buy. For example:
"Well Bob, all we have to do now is process the order and
get you started today!"
You can say that in person, and you can also use it in
writing. With the personalization feature in your follow-up
responder, you should address the person by name, and ask
for their business. Tell folks Exactly what you want them to
do next:
"Click Here and fill out the order form. Once you have done
that, you will be redirected to a page where you can get
(download, set up, call, or whatever the case may be) your
hands on the product and get started Now!"
The Internet really speeds up the process with Real Time
ordering, and instant downloads. Many times a live sales
person has to wait for the home office to ship your order,
but when dealing with digital products, the transaction can
take place instantly! Use that to your advantage in closing
the sale.
"Let's get you set up right now Bob!"
The Option Close
Some net marketers will disagree with me on this one. Some
studies do seem to indicate that online you need to give
them one choice, and one choice only. Any more than one
choice will detract from sales, or so the philosophy goes.
I'm not sure that I fully buy that theory. The option close
works so Extremely well with mail order and one on one
sales, that there has to be a way to use it online
successfully.
The simplest option close works like this "Bob, do you want
the blue or green today?" Most of the time you will only
have one choice (i.e. your ebook or digital product), but
there are other choices you can offer. Many of the net Gurus
that say to only give your visitors one option really have
more than one and don't realize it. For instance, maybe they
don't buy your book, but they sign up for your free
newsletter - that is an option! Or how about "Will that be
VISA or MasterCard?" That is an option!
Perhaps you want to give them the option of Pay Pal or some
other form of payment. That can be your option. Really the
option is a form of the assumed close. When you ask, "will
that be Pay Pal or 2checkout" you are assuming they are
ready to buy and giving them an option.
Fear Of Loss
Nearly all pro online marketers use this fear of loss close.
"If you don't order today the price may go up and the
bonuses will be gone." You have seen this everywhere online.
Here is another example of the fear of loss close: "If you
are not serious about earning online income, then this
product is not for you". What this does is take it away from
them. They fear that if they don't act they are not going to
be a part of your wonderful team and offer. You can no doubt
think of many other Fear of Loss type closes.
It all comes down to asking for the sale, and giving your
prospect a reason for dealing with you "Now" and not later!
One thing is for sure, if you don't ask for sales
probably won't get any!

CREATE A TRAFFIC JAM AT YOUR WEBSITE!
Let's face it, some businesses sell "high ticket" items with
enough profit margin that a few sales will do. Internet businesses
don't usually follow this trend. So one of the KEYS to success on
the net is driving HUGE amounts of traffic to your site. To do this
you need TOOLS. And you need them to be FREE. Here is a step
by step guide to what tools to use and how to use them.
DISCUSSION LISTS
There are many of these out there. Subscribe to all that apply to
your industry and start posting. Don't just read the messages
(that's called a lurker) but get ACTIVE. The more you post and
respond to messages the more people become familiar with your
name and associate YOU with the person who has the answers
and who they want to do business with. The best part is that they
are FREE.
AUTORESPONDERS
Autoresponders allow you to respond to inquiries about your
product or service without your involvement. You write the
message for the autoresponder to send, then set it and forget it.
Autoresponders can send follow up messages as well so that
the information you send can be spaced out over time, giving you
the chance to repeat your selling points over days or weeks,
reminding the prospect why they should do business with
you. Autoresponders QUALIFY your prospects so you only spend
your time doing deals that can be done.
SIGNATURE LINES IN EMAIL
Most of us send hundreds of emails a month. A signature line
(actually as many lines as you want) presents a selling message
to EVERYONE you send email to. You can include active links to
your website and even include your autoresponder address if you
like. Putting a selling signature in your email is easy and FREE.
THAT'S automation working FOR you.
A KILLER WEB SITE
This may seem obvious but it's more than just having a domain
name. Every day people surf the web only to find sites that take
FOREVER to load, have music that sounds like cats fighting, and
have links that don't work. AVOID THIS TRAP. There are FREE
TOOLS to help you build an excellent site. And you don't have to
be a "techie" to use them. Make sure your site is up to par.
ONLINE SERVICES
This one is overlooked by almost everyone. The fact is that there
are online services (you've seen the discs) that have MILLIONS of
subscribers. But did you know that a large percentage of these
subscribers never leave the service and venture onto the net.
These services have their own discussion lists, bulletin boards,
forums and more, where you can contact these subscribers and
make your case; using your signature line of course! Since almost
all the online services offer a free trial for 30 days you can
fish in their waters for FREE. If you dig up enough business the
subscription pays for itself. Either wayYOU WIN.

How To Make Traffic Exchange Websites Work For You
If you don’t drive visitors to your site, they won’t come to you in multitudes. And multitudes of visitors are what you need to make your website successful.
Website advertising drives more traffic to your site through ads and links you distribute all over the Internet. However, ads are a less active way of driving traffic to your site. Once you post an ad, it’s up to the particular ad to attract viewers and entice them enough so they would visit your site. If you think you still need to do something more, well, why don’t you participate in a traffic exchange?
A traffic exchange is a technique to drive more traffic to websites through traffic exchange programs. These programs or websites are websites that offer to increase the traffic in the sites of their members. The idea is to sign up with these programs. Once your site is listed as a member, you will then need to earn credits. These are gained by surfing through websites that belong to other members of the exchange. In exchange for your visit, you will be granted a credit. The more credits you earn, the more members of the traffic exchange will surf through your site.
The credits you can earn equates to a certain number of visits that are driven to your site. However, members of traffic exchange programs also have the option to upgrade to a higher-level membership, which increases their credit ratio. This increases the number of visits equivalent to each credit they earn.
In a nutshell, a traffic exchange is just like any simple exchange of benefits. Aside from exchanging traffic through the traffic exchange programs, however, members can also interact with other website owners in more ways. As a website owner, you will most likely come across sites that complement yours, as you surf and browse through other member sites. To get more benefits out of the traffic exchange program, you can contact the webmaster or owner of a website you’re interested in and can arrange to exchange links as well. These equates to plenty of benefits, given the small price you have to pay. All it takes is some time and effort. Some traffic exchange programs may charge some fees for additional features or extra credits. However, generally, traffic exchange programs are mostly free of charge and available to any website owner or webmaster who is not keen about leaving the dirty work up to static, unmoving ads and links.
Traffic exchange is an easy way to generate more traffic to your site. This is a more active way of pursuing traffic, since the number of visits to your site depends on the number of websites you also browse through. The initial benefit of traffic exchange program is so downright advantageous that this is more or less a foolproof and a truly effective way to drive traffic to your site. Since it also has some other bonus advantages, then, you’ve got even more reason to sign up for a traffic exchange program now. Don’t just leave your ads to do the job. Reach out and make sure that traffic gets to your site. Traffic exchange is the way to do it.
10 Effective Methods To Increase Web Traffic
It takes some time and effort to start and build a home business. Whether you succeed or fail depends significantly on how successful you are at getting and increasing targeted traffic to your website.
If you own a website for your business, attracting website traffic and more importantly sustaining it will be one of your top priorities if you want to succeed in your home business. Needless to say, there are many ways to increase website traffic. You do need to find the best strategies of learning how to tap this traffic, hopefully a growing one at that, perhaps self-replicating stream and preferably free.
This article provides some ideas to increase online traffic.
(1) Search Engine Optimization (SEO) It would benefit your business to ensure that your website is search engine friendly as this will certainly help grow your website traffic. Ensure all the meta and alt tags are completed and there is a H1 header, optimizing the text for your chosen keywords. There are a number of sites which provide a "spider simulation" which shows you what your site looks like to a spider and what you can do to improve its search engine ranking. A report on the quality of your website is generated for your view and to take necessary steps for improvements.
(2) DirectoriesDirectories are website listings and there are many to choose from. A good method to choose a reputable one would be to look for directories that have a good traffic rating, one that receives significant high volumes of website traffic (use Alexa). A few good examples to start this would be Yahoo and DMOZ.(3) Traffic Exchanges
Every website you view in a traffic exchange generates credits which are exchanged for views of your own site. Most Traffic Exchanges are free to join and they generate traffic for you almost instantly. There are basically two types of exchanges, manual surf and auto surf. The manual surf exchanges are preferred as they require the person to view and click the sites. The more sites you view the more people visit your website and the more your website traffic grows. To increase web traffic even further, join a few of them so as to generate more visitors, which can help in your page ranking too.
(4) Article WritingOne of the most time consuming; but effective methods of increasing search engine traffic. Most of these article directories offer this service free. Ensure that your article is optimized for keywords and that you include your website url bio line at the bottom of the article before you submit. Ezines, Magazines, Business Blogs, and webmasters are always on the lookout for good content to include in their articles as they are also in the quest for better search engine rankings. This method is very effective in getting one-way back links to your site.
(5) Blogs; There are more than 10 blog platforms to choose from. High on this list are word press and blogspot. Ensure your blog is located on your site, and check that it links to your key pages and that you ping each time your blog is updated. Search engines favor sites with frequently changing, unique content so you will need to provide regular updates to your blog. A regularly updated blog will attract readers which in turn builds and increases website traffic.
(6) Forum Marketing Join; a few good forums so that you can leave your URL in them. This will increase traffic in two ways. Firstly, people who read your posts are likely to click the link to checkout your site. Secondly search engines will generally accept the link which adds up to your link popularity. Another benefit of joining these forums is also to learn from other experienced and successful marketers. You’ll be surprised at their willingness to share their knowledge with you.
(7) Viral Advertising; If you have an idea and you tell 10 people and they each tell 10 people and so on, by the time the idea goes through 10 levels it has been passed on to a million people. You can use this similar principle as your business marketing strategy too. If you produced a free report or ebook filled with links back to your site and gave it away, the chances are those you gave it away to would do the same thing. Your links would then multiply significantly over the Internet giving a viral effect and your website traffic will grow.
(8) Reciprocal Links; They are also called link exchange and link swapping. Webmasters hope that people will click on their link in other websites thereby generating website traffic. However, be selective in who you do reciprocal links with. Always ensure that your link partner is relevant to your business niche and preferably has good Page Ranking. This strategy is one of the very best ways of generating free, targeted website traffic. It also is highly rated by search engines
(9) Classified AdsBefore the web came along; if you wanted to advertise you would turn to the newspaper “classified” section. Classified ads didn’t die with the web, they just went online. One of the most popular classified sites is Craigslist.com. This can be a powerful tool for getting search engines to notice your site and send you traffic.
(10) PPC Marketing ; PPC stands for “Pay Per Click” and is one good way to increase traffic into the website you are promoting. Google’s Adwords program is one of the most successful PPC engines. You buy ads from Google by writing an ad and bidding on keywords to determine how much you will pay when someone clicks your ad. This is a powerful tool to advertise your product or webpage to millions of people who access the Internet at very low bid.

As cell phones have climbed to the stratosphere on the list of "must-have" personal technologies, all the major wireless cell phone providers have done their best to advertise themselves as the most reliable and user-friendly of their kind, in the hopes of carving out a larger chunk of the estimate three billion cell phone subscriptions.
The reality of telecommunications technology is that the quality of reception produced by the same wireless cell phone provider can differ greatly within a small geographical area. Until a group of people signs up with every wireless cell phone provider in every part of the US, and devote their lives to making and reporting the quality of thousands of calls, there will be no comprehensive data on which wireless cell phone provider has an edge on the rest.
The big four of the US wireless cell phone providers, Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T (formerly Cingular) and Sprint Nextel, have now been joined in the battle for market share by regional wireless cell phone providers like MetroPCS, Alltell and US Cellular. But has any one of them done any thing to distinguish itself as the best of the wireless cell phone providers from a customer’s standpoint?
The problem with relying on the impressions of consumers to determine which is the best wireless cell phone provider is that many of the larger providers have millions of subscribers and therefore have many more customers willing to rate them. That may put them at a disadvantage to the smaller regional sites, which may get excellent ratings, but only from a few customers.
One way, therefore, to judge which of the US' wireless cell phone providers currently has the best performance record is to read the online reviews posted by customers of the different providers, or to visit consumer advocate sites which have done their own independent testing and drawn unbiased conclusions
CNET, for instance, has gathered data which shows that as of September 2007, of the six wireless cell phone carries which their readers have rated, Allnet has the highest ranking. But it also has had only 23 people rank it, far less than more than 400 which rated AT&T lowest. But AT&T has tens of millions of subscribers, so how much weight should be given the opinions of a mere 400 plus of them? For more information on cell phone providers and camera cell phones visit http://www.highenergymagic.com
And what some cell phone users may not realize is that their wireless cell phone provider may actually piggyback on the signals of another wireless carrier in the areas where it does not have a widespread customer base. T-Mobile, for instance, has roaming agreements with AT&T, so if T-Mobile calls are being dropped in a specific area, the droppage might be due to a problem with the AT&T service.
The state of the wireless cell phone providers today is such that tmost of cell phone users, most of the time, can call the people they need to call regardless of their location, and be confident that their calls will not be dropped. That, to many minds, ought to be enough. But competition is the consumer’s friend, and there is likely to be a continuing growth in the number of regional wireless cell phone providers in the US to keep the bigger providers on their toes!

FIVE Tips and Techniques That Will Have You Taking Great Digital Photos
Taking great digital photos is not as hard as you might think! In fact, if you are wondering how to take great digital photos, these 5 proven practical tips will tell you just that! By following these quick tips and techniques you will significantly improve your digital photography to the point where you will be taking impressive photos everyday
Taking great digital photos is not as hard as you might think! In fact, if you are wondering how to take great digital photos, these 5 proven practical tips will tell you just that!By following these quick tips and techniques you will significantly improve your digital photography to the point where you will be taking impressive photos everyday!
1) Focus & use Flash
Make sure you and your camera are focusing on the same thing!Check which ‘mode' the camera is set at to see whether your camera is ‘looking for' a single subject (often in Macro, Portrait and Sports Modes). Or is it trying to ‘pull' everything into focus - such as in the Landscape Mode?Set the camera to the appropriate mode for your subject, or use the auto mode - where the camera will decide for you the best focus and exposure for the subject.
Use Flash - even in daylight! This is often called ‘fill-flash'. Using it will lessen any harsh shadows, resulting in better light for your photo. This tip is great if you take photos in the middle of the day when the light is harshest.
It works particularly well for portrait and group photography.
But remember the flash on your camera is only good for about 10 feet - don't stand too far away from your subject!
2) Take More Photos!
Get out there and take more photos with your digital camera.
It won't cost you anything! It will give you practice and skill using your camera so handling it will become second nature; you then have more time to think about the photo itself! This tip will also increase your chances of getting that great photo – particularly with group shots, where you might find later that someone was blinking etc.
Children and pets are great to practice this tip on as they can be difficult to get that perfect shot of, and you will need to keep taking photos to capture it!*NB* If you don't have a big enough memory card you will need to delete some photos every half hour or so.
A better option is to invest in a larger memory card. That way you can take as many photos as you need (always more than you think), and not worry about deleting those that don't quite make it until later!
3) Off-Centre the Subject
That's right! Get the subject out of the middle of the photo!Use the ‘rule-of-thirds' to position the subject in a pleasing location in the image.
The ‘rule-of-thirds' is like having an imaginary ‘tick-tack-toe' diagram drawn on your focus screen. Where those lines cross is where you place the subject.
This can really make a difference to your photographs.
But don't use it all the time - remember rules are made to be broken!
4) Move In Closer & Simple Backgrounds
Most people stand too far away from their subject!Don't be afraid to get in close! Take a few steps closer and see what a difference it makes.
If you cannot get in closer, use your optical zoom (never the digital zoom) to bring the focus closer to you.
You could even kneel or stand on a chair to get in closer and to change the perspective of the photo.
NB
Optical zoom uses the mechanics of your camera; digital zoom is an electronic function. Results from digital zoom often produce poor quality photographs.
Simple Backgrounds -Try to find a ‘simple' background for your subject.
One that is uncluttered and unobtrusive.
This can be particularly important for portrait and group photographs. You don't want to have a distracting background for a lovely soft portrait, or have the classic light pole ‘growing' out of someone's head!Move the subject/s into a position that will minimize the background.
Remember having the subject further from the background will also lessen its effect.
5) One Key Subject
Focus on one key subject to make the photo really stand out!Stop trying to record everything you see!Pick a focal point that will be the centre of ‘attention' which you can concentrate on.
Using portrait or macro mode can help this technique as both have shallow depth of field - which effectively ‘blurs' everything in front and behind the focused subject.
Try picking one key subject, such as a single flower, and see what the difference it makes to your digital photos!
NB
There are factors which affect the depth of field, such as how close you stand to your subject, so you will need to experiment as see what works best for you.

How Many Remote Controls Does It Take?
If you already have a pile of remote controls for your home entertainment center, here are some options on how to reduce it down to one.
If you have purchased a number of electronic A/V components for your home entertainment system you already know that each one usually comes with its own remote control, and you probably already have a growing collection. You can imagine what it can become if you outfit your A/V system with lots of new equipment with even more remotes. You can easily end up with a pile of 10 remote controls or even more. This can become a real nuisance.
For example, just imagine that all you want to do is watch a DVD movie. Typically you would have to pick up the TV remote, turn it on and switch the source to DVD input. Then you need to pick up the Receiver remote, turn it on and switch the input to DVD audio. Then you need to pick up the DVD remote, turn it on and press play. Then if you want to adjust the volume, it’s back to the Receiver remote. To solve this problem there are lots of special remote controls on the market that can combine all remotes into one.
Learning remotes
These remotes can actually learn the infrared codes of your other remotes. So, for example, you can enter a number for your TV brand and it will "learn" the infrared codes of your TV remote. This sounds pretty neat but sometimes there isn’t a code for each piece of your equipment.
A better type of "learning remote" can actually receive the infrared codes from your other remotes by just aiming each remote at it and pressing each button that you want it to learn. It can take a while to send the codes of all of your remote buttons, but once it is set up, this one remote should be able to control all of your equipment. If you are going to get this type of remote, you should have it demonstrated to see how easy it is to use since the quality and complexity varies quite a bit.
Learning remotes are sometimes included with A/V Receivers since receivers are often used as the main switching device for all of your A/V inputs and outputs in a home entertainment system.
The best learning remotes also allow you to program single button "macros". These single buttons actually contain a string of automated commands such as: "Turn on TV, Turn on DVD, Turn on Receiver, Set Receiver input to DVD, Set TV input to DVD, and finally Play DVD". A good example of a learning remote with macros is the "Pronto" made by Phillips.
Universal remotes
These multi-brand (or "universal") remotes are pre-programmed to operate several different brands and types of equipment. They are designed to allow you to control a lot of your equipment from just one remote. At first, this may seem like the solution, but the problem is that it may not have all of the infrared codes needed for your particular equipment. So, it may help, but won’t completely solve the problem.
2 Way remotes
Two way remotes are remote controls that (in addition to all of the other things mentioned above) can upload and display information on the remote’s LCD screen from your equipment. This lets you see information like what radio station you are tuned to or what input is active on your receiver, etc...
Once the "Netcommand" system is set up, control becomes somewhat automated. So, for example if you select the DVD player from the onscreen display, the TV and Receiver will automatically switch to the correct DVD inputs and the TV remote will now operate the DVD player.
Crestron control systems
Crestron is a company that makes high end control system components that are designed for sophisticated control and automation of A/V systems. The primary control unit is usually a LCD touch screen which can be wireless and sit on a table or be wall mounted in several locations throughout the home. This is useful if you want audio and video distributed to several rooms with multiple remote control stations. Crestron systems will not only control your home theater components, but can also control your lighting, curtains, electric screens, video security systems, and even environmental temperature and humidity controls.
Crestron makes a number of different Color and B&W LCD touch panels ranging in size from 6" up to 15" that can have a customized screen layout that can even have the floor plan of your home appear on it. They can be wired or wireless and can have 1 way or 2 way control. These installations usually require a professional and often require a lot of custom wiring in the walls. If you are creating a home theater from the ground up, you should consider their offerings. See the Crestron web site at http://www.crestron.com/.
Home Audio Video interoperability control systems
HAVi (Home Audio Video interoperability) is a standardized technical specification that allows for bi-directional communication between audio, video and other components linked together by "firewire". This allows command and control of all of the components that are linked together including routing of power signals between devices. This is a relatively new standard and not all manufacturers have components that are compatible.
Mitsubishi has developed an HDTV with this HAVi system where the TV is the primary control device and any firewire enabled component that is plugged into the network of equipment can be controlled from the TV. Since not all components are available with this firewire technology, Mitsubishi has added a "NetCommand" system that allows the TV remote to control everything. Once everything is set up, the TV displays onscreen menus for all of your components and lets you choose and control them.
So in summary, you can get rid of all of those remotes and replace them with one.

Legal Music Downloads is better
Artists and Music companies were enraged years ago by Napster, a website that allowed online enthusiasts to download and share music with free charge. People figured that since you can get songs from the internet, there was no reason to buy CDs. And As a result record sales dipped and many companies lost millions, cases were filed at Napster and many people were charged for stealing music.
Now legal music download sites have replaced the illegal sites of the past and are becoming more popular. After realizing that paying for music downloads help the music industry, many people have become comfortable with paying for the songs they want. MP3 players have also contributed to the rise of modern digital music and legal music downloads. Those who still chose to defy the law to acquire free music are finding out the hard way that the risks of downloading music through illegal means can be costly mistakes.
Although many online sites still offer free music downloads, most of these music downloads are littered by spyware and virus. These sites are illegal and can wreck havoc to you computer. You may choose to download music from these sites but do at your peril. After being reincarnated Napster is now a safe and legal music download site that offer free membership. Restrictions have been placed on some songs but these are meant to protect the rights of the music companies and the singers who made the song.
We have the risks of downloading music on sites that are not for legal music download far outweigh the gains. With each song you download you also receive a bonus of viruses , malware, and spyware to infect your system. You cannot rely on firewalls and antivirus programs to protect you every time you download free music. Sure, they will be able to detect a few corrupted files but for how long? To be on the safe side and to avoid spyware, virus, and legal charges support legal music download sites to enjoy junk free music. Have a nice download

How to Find the Best Plasma TV
Plasma TV Comparisons
If you love television, and you love modern technology, there's no way around it - you've got to have a plasma TV! Here's an overview of plasma TVs, plasma TV features, and where to go online for plasma TV comparisons to find the best TV at the best price.
What is a plasma TV?
A plasma TV is a video monitor that uses millions of tiny colored fluorescent lights to create an image. The tiny light cells are sandwiched between two plates of glass along with electrodes that trigger the cells to produce colors and patterns. This innovative way of creating images allows plasma TVs to be both flat and very large.
What are the features of a plasma TV?
* Plasma TVs are completely flat. Not only are they attractive and modern, but there is no distortion from curvature, which can be a problem with tube TV screens.
* Plasma TVs are slim and lightweight. The construction of plasma TVs lets them be hung on a wall and hug the wall. You can put a plasma TV almost anywhere, in comparison with the limits posed by the shape and size of traditional tube TVs and projection TVs.
* Plasma TVs accommodate a widescreen format. You get the full theater experience from plasma TVs because they use a widescreen aspect ratio. In addition to their high resolution, this allows plasma TVs to make the most of HDTV and DVD formats.
* Plasma TVs provide high-resolution images. The image quality of plasma TVs is much sharper and clearer than tube TVs. Because of this, plasma TVs can accommodate high-definition HDTV signals, as well as DTV, and other formats.
* Plasma TVs are easy to view from any place in the room. And unlike projection TVs and LCD TVs, the picture on a plasma TV is clear from almost any angle.
* Plasma TVs are lifelike. The picture you get from a plasma TV is the clearest picture around, and there is such a sense of depth, the image almost seems three-dimensional.
Where can I compare plasma TV prices?
All this modern technology comes at a price - plasma TVs aren't cheap. Most start at $2,000 and can cost up to $10,000, depending upon the size and model.
In order to get the best price on a plasma TV, I recommend going to your local electronics stores to compare the prices and features, then compare prices online before you buy one.
I found an excellent online service that compares prices and provides customer reviews on all models and brands of plasma TVs. Not only does this service provide well-researched price comparisons for the various makes and models of plasma TVs, but it also gives ratings plus detailed product information.
Reviews of plasma TVs are provided by customers who actually own one. It's like having a network of friends to give you first-hand, unbiased advice on your plasma TV purchase.

Compare LCD TV and Plasma TV
Which is Better?
Compare LCD TV & Plasma TV
You know you want to buy a flat-screen TV but you don't know if a plasma TV or an LCD TV would be your best choice.
This article explains the differences between plasma versus LCD TVs, then shows you how to get the best price for a plasma or LCD TV.
Plasma TV
A plasma TV screen consists of millions of multi-colored gas-filled cells. When electricity passes through the cells they light up and produce a picture.
Plasma TV screens have a much higher resolution than tube TV screens. In fact, the picture is so clear it's almost like watching a scene through a window.
Screen sizes range from 42" to 65" wide and are 3" to 4" thick.
LCD TV
LCD (light crystal display) TV screens are made up of a thin layer of liquid crystals sandwiched between two glass plates. When an electricity is sent through the crystals an array of tiny multi-colored pixels light up to create a picture.
LCD TV screens are thinner and lighter than plasma screens. They are the most screens for computers, and are quickly gaining popularity as TV screens.
LCD TV screens are anywhere from 1/4" to 4" thick and 2" to 65" wide.
Plasma vs. LCD Features
Picture Quality
When it comes to which type of TV screen is sharper and shows more detail, plasma TVs have a slight edge over LCD TVs, though LCD TVs are catching up.
Plasma TVs are also slightly better when it comes to viewing angle - how far you can sit to one side of a TV screen before picture quality is affected.
Screen Life
Screen life is the number of hours a TV provides before the picture begins to fade. Plasma TVs have a screen life of about 30,000 to 60,00 hours, depending on the make and model, while LCD TV's have a screen life of 60,000 hours or more.
Plasma TVs are also subject to "burn in." This occurs when a TV displays a still image long enough for a ghost of that image to be burned into the screen. LCD TVs do not have this problem.
HD TV
Both plasma and LCD TVs display HD (high definition) signals for a sharper, more three dimensional picture. LCD TVs, however, have a slightly higher resolution (more screen pixels) then plasma TVs.
Video Games
Plasma and LCD TVs are both great for video gaming, however because of plasma TV's tendency toward screen burn in, an LCD TV is the better choice if you play a lot of video games.
Portability
LCD TVs are thinner and lighter than plasma TVs, making them easier to move and easier to mount on a wall.
Plasma vs LCD TV prices
When it comes to which type of TV gives you the most bang for the buck, it depends on what you're looking for.
If you're looking for a large-screen TV - 42" or larger - plasma TVs are currently cheaper than than similar-sized LCD TVs. When I recently compared prices on 42" TVs, the cheapest plasma TV was $999, while the cheapest LCD TV was $1,367.
When it comes to mid-size TVs, I couldn't find plasma TVs smaller than 42." The cheapest 32" LCD TV I found was $619, while the cheapest 27" LCD TV was $550.

Installing a Home Theatre
How to install a home theater system?
Home theater is one of the fastest growing areas areas in home entertainment and the advent of DVD recorders means your set-up can now be entirely digital, without an inch of video tape in site.
Installing a home theater is a big decision and requires careful planning. Luckily there are a number of resources around to help you and you needn’t be a technical expert or a hi-fi buff to get the job done.
You’ll also want to think about the interior design of a dedicated home theater room and of course the seating is all important. You’re going to spend hours and hours watching movies and the last thing you need is uncomfortable seats.
Obviously budget is another consideration and this will dictate which equipment you buy initially and what you save for another day. As a bare minimum you’ll want a DVD player, widescreen television, and a surround sound audio amplifier and speakers. We’d recommend opting for a DVD recorder like this one from Phillips, or this from Panasonic. They’re obviously more expensive than a DVD player, but will give you much greater flexibility. And don’t forget to budget for cabling, its a very important part of installing a home theatre and one that’s often overlooked.
One of the first decisions you’ll need to make before you set about installing a home theater is whether your going to dedicate a whole room to the theater or whether it will share a space with a lounge, dining room, or office. Having a dedicated room allows you to position seating and speakers in the optimum position and you can seriously consider a projector and screen without it looking as out of place as it might in your living room.
